Chula Vista, CA Townhall To Discuss Possible Mandatory Spay/Neuter Ordinance – This Saturday!

Please share this information with club members in the Chula Vista area.

Chula Vista City Councilman Rudy Ramirez will hold a townhall this Saturday, October 29th to discuss a possible mandatory spay/neuter proposal. There is not a draft  available at this time, so responsible dog owners and breeders are encouraged to take this opportunity to educate the councilmembers about the ineffectiveness of mandatory spay/neuter programs. A review of the statistics from Chula Vista Animal Services shows that the city does not currently euthanize any healthy, adoptable dogs. Click here for a link to AKC's talking points on this important issue.
